The CineZed brand, logos, and original code are the intellectual property of CineZed. Movie metadata and promotional images are the intellectual property of TMDB and respective copyright holders.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on CineZed, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to cinezed@proton.me with the required legal information.

5. Limitation of Liability

CineZed is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or service interruptions arising from your use of the platform.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time without notice.
